Meet The Founder
Simone Morris
CEO & Founder
Simone E. Morris is CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises, a certified minority and women-owned business enterprise providing leadership solutions. She is an award-winning diversity and inclusion leader recognized by Diversity Best Practices, Diversity MBA, Diversity MBE Magazine, and her former employer. The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business recently dubbed her the 2020 Bronze Winner for Female Solo Entrepreneur of the Year.

Ms. Morris spent twenty-three years in Corporate America with retail, consumer products, financial, pharmaceutical, and information technology industries. Her work in the Diversity and Inclusion field began through leadership, an employee resource group, followed up with a role in Human Resources, and then as the Director of Diversity for the Southern Connecticut Society for Human Resources. Today, Ms. Morris is a consultant, trainer, coach and speaker committed to developing more inclusive leaders and creating authentic, inclusive cultures in organizations.

Serving on Norwalk Acts' Board of Directors, Simone contributes to systemic change that opens doors for Norwalk's youth. By reshaping policies, realigning resources, and addressing racial inequities, we're building a stronger, more equitable future for every young person in our community.
Shaping Future Female Leaders
Simone serves on LiveGirl's Advisory Council, guiding initiatives that provide young women with essential mentoring, career development, and leadership opportunities. Through strategic guidance and active engagement, we help create powerful networks that launch the next generation of female leaders.
Committed to Finding a Cure
Simone Morris Enterprises champions the Alzheimer's Association's mission to eliminate Alzheimer's and dementia through groundbreaking research and support. Through awareness initiatives, fundraising, and leadership engagement on the Connecticut Chapter's Executive Leadership Committee, we're dedicated to accelerating progress toward a world without Alzheimer's.
