Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position: The part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist Simone Morris Enterprises in growing our online presence and building engagement through social media and other marketing channels. As a remote team member, you will learn about the brand and assist in creating content for social channels and email marketing. You will also have an opportunity to grow skills around inclusive leadership.
Key Role Responsibilities:

Designing & posting social media posts

Providing responses to build engagement on social media

Maintaining a monthly editorial calendar

Researching topics for content

Engaging users through listening and responding

Developing a list of potential influencers
-
Collecting, reviewing, and reporting analytics (monthly report)

Assisting with blog posts

Assisting with email marketing
Qualifications:
-
Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of building, growing and engaging audiences across social media channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Working knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, Hubspot, and Wix or similar preferred.

Executive Administrative Assistant (Part-Time / Remote)
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible, rewarding part-time remote opportunity? Join our dynamic team as a part-time remote Executive Administrative Assistant. Your role will be integral to our organization's success, making your contribution invaluable.
This is a part-time remote position (10 to 15 hours/week) that offers you the flexibility to work during standard business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, while managing your personal commitments.
Position: As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success. You will directly support the CEO with email and calendar management, data management, and other administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Role Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, considering time zones and priorities.

Email Management: Handle incoming email communication on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing, filing, forwarding, and responding as required.

Data Management: Organize and maintain spreadsheets, contacts, and files, ensuring easy access to information when needed.

Administrative Support: Provide other administrative support for meetings, proposals, travel, and conferences.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, supporting executives or senior management.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail is imperative in this position to ensure accuracy in work duties.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external clients and partners.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using office software (Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Office) and virtual collaboration tools (Asana or similar) or willingness to learn.

Reliability: Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.
