  8. 4.    What can I expect to cover in the Mastermind? Is it training?

  9. The Mastermind will be a combination of training and on-the-spot coaching to enhance the participant experience. Participants can expect topics that include career goal setting and planning, career relationships, career technology, and career branding.


  10. 5.    What if I can’t make a session?

  11. The mastermind works best with members committed to prioritizing our time together to support above average career growth. Our sessions will have brainstorming and problem solving that works exponentially better with the collective mastermind group. As such, we expect participants to attend every session. 


  12. 6.    What position level will the Mastermind participants be?

  13. The mastermind is for women who work in Corporate America holding a leadership position.


  14. 7.    How long are meetings? 

    Each meeting will run 2 hours in length. â€‹

  1. 8.  What commitment do I have to make?

  2. Participants are expected to attend 2 mastermind sessions per month for a total of six months. Participants are expected to engage in Mastermind and complete homework assignments. Participants will participate in problem solving and brainstorming solutions for career challenges brought forth into the Mastermind.

  5. Participants must complete an application to confirm interest in the Mastermind. Participant will have a interview with facilitator and then will be notified of acceptance into the Mastermind. Participants will be invoiced for Mastermind and are required to sign off on code of conduct and commit to full participation in the group.

About Simone

Simone E. Morris is an Executive Career Coach focused on transformational leadership solutions. Her focus areas are women's leadership and inclusive leadership. Simone has been a coach since 2009 and is certified by the International Coaching Federation. She received her coaching education at The Coaches Training Institute. 

​

Before coaching, Simone held various leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. Today, Simone is a sought-after coach with intentional, strategic partnerships that deliver greater access to coaching. She provides individual and group coaching as well as facilitation services. Coaching industries include technical, manufacturing, higher education, retail, pharmaceutical, insurance, non-profit, and more.

She received her MBA from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, she holds certifications in Project Management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU Wagner and a Diversity and Inclusion course facilitator for eCornell.

As a Corporate America alum, I have a passion for empowering women to be seen, valued, and promoted in their careers. I have experienced firsthand disappointment over career expectations. Many moons ago, I was dissatisfied with my career and found carving out time to think and plan for fulfilment worked wonders. I took a sabbatical from work and hired a coach to help me sort out my mess. I also found communities to help me solve pestering career challenges. These experiences cemented my mission to educate and empower women to reach for and achieve their career dreams.
